I Bought Some Credits, But The App Used All Of Them And Left Me With Negative Credits, When In Reality I Should Have 8 Credits Left. I Sent And Email But I Never Heard Back From The Support Team.

Earlier App Was Better! This One Looks Very Basic. I Can’t Pay By Swish!! Please Allow Various Payment Modes. Now It Is Forcing Me To Put My Card Details And I Am Not Comfortable With That!

The Interface Of The App Looks Cheap And Dodgy, I Tried Two Bikes Today And Both Were Broken. The User Experience Is Abysmal: No Explanation Of What The Credits Can Buy You, Just That You Need To Buy Credit, Nothing About How Long They Lasts Etc. I’m Genuinely Concerned Having Agreed To Having This Service On My Phone And Certainly Hope It’s Safe Enough Of An App. Please Fix App And Ensure The Bikes Are Up To A Decent Standard, Would Have Been A Great Service If So. Good Luck!

The App Is Not Great Quality But Mostly Works. The Feedback Feature Didn’t Work For Me So I Had To Email To Get A Refund On A Bike, Which Was Processed Fairly Quickly. The Bikes Are Pretty Bad But They Are Available All Year Round, Whereas The Other City Bikes Are Seasonal. The Bikes Have No Gears And A Very Low Saddle. They Are Often Broken So Make Sure You Check The Brakes And Front Wheel Before Unlocking. If You Have Other Bike Options Then Do That, But If Not, These Are Better Than Nothing
