The App Is Very Slow, Often Unresponsive And At Times Can Be Challenging To Just Get To The Photo Album You Want. Once It Becomes Responsive, The Editing Feature Itself Is Great. If Only The Photos Actually Printed Out The Way They Looked On The App. Print Quality Is Terrible – The Colours Are Off, It’s Blotchy And Grainy And Is Honestly The Worst Photo Printing I’ve Experienced. After Following All The Steps To “get The Best Prints”, They’re Still Terrible.

I Was Initially Quite Okay With The App, But Recently It’s Been Crashing Every Time You Try And Open It. The Only Way It Seems To Work Is If You Uninstall The Whole App, Redownload It, And Set Up Everything All Over Again. Please Fix It. Edit: Just Opened The App And Set It Up Again And There Were No Glitches Whatsoever! Yay! ?

The App Is Very Slow. It Takes A Long Time Just To Load The Gallery That’s Already On My Phone. It Takes At Least A Couple Minutes Just To Get Images Loaded And Into The Queue. I Almost Printed The Same Photo Twice Because It Didn’t Give Any Confirmation And The Queue Also Took A Couple Minutes To Load. Colors Are Off But I Feel That’s More To Do With The Printer Itself.

As A Photographer, The Details, No Matter How Subtle Are Important. The Image Is Exactly What I Want When I Pack Up My Camera And Go Home. I Have Taken A Photo With The Intent To Use The Sprocket. The Cropping And Resizing Does Need Work. I Like To Have Total Control If I Need To Resize, And I Don’t. I Want The Image I Photographed To Be What Is Printed. The Sprocket, Especially On Landscape Orientation, Likes To Crop The Image. It’s Fine On My Camera But Not When It Gets To The App.

I Run This App On My Pixel 3a Running Android 10, And It Is So Slow In Showing The Pictures (actually, Most Of My Pictures Does Not Show Up At All; They Only Show As Blanks) That My New Sprocket Printer Is Completely Unusable. My Current Workflow Consists Of Shooting Raw On A Ricoh GR III, Uploading To My Pixel 3a Over Bluetooth/WiFi, Editing And Developing The Raw Images To JPEG Using Snapseed, And Publishing To E.g. Instagram. The Phone Works Perfectly For All These Activities, As Well As Managing My Photo Library Using Apps Like Google Photos, Amazon Photos, And Smugmug, So I Have A Hard Time Believing It Would Be To Slow To Be Able To Handle My Picture Galleries In The Sprocket App. It Seems The Sprocket App Is Poorly Written/optimized, Which Is A Shame, As It Effectively Renders My Sprocket Printer A Brick On My Desk. I Very Seldom Resort To The “fix Your App” Whining, But In This Case I Believe It Is Warranted, As I Spent My Money Buying A Printer From HP Which Now Turns Out To Be Useless Because Of This App.
