Horrible And Deceptive App!!!!! The Price Listed In HRS App DOES NOT Include All Costs And Fees. We Must Pay More Than 100USD Of HIDDEN FEES On Top Of The Hotel Price In The Booking Confirmation. Also When Discussing With Support Team, It Took 3 Weeks To Receive An Answer – A Disappointing Answer That Helps Nothing.

Great App I Left My Walllet In Room And Thought It To Be Lost And HRS Had It Sent To My Home In KY And Before I Got Home. I Had A Package Waiting And It Was My Walllet, Driver Licence My Debit Card To All My Money .and The Exact Amount Of Money Was Still Correct 3752$
