Was Told On Phone I Can Ammend My Holiday In This App, As It Turns Out, All It Does Is Link You To The Website Management Of Your Booking, Which Offers Either Cancellation Or Extra Luggage. Clicking On Anything About My Booking In-app Will Just Take Me Straight To The Website, Same Page Every Time No Matter What I Click On. As For What Everyone Else Is Saying, I Dont Believe They Are That Bad, Its Just The App That Is Bad, Ive Booked All My Holidays Through LM And They’ve Always Delivered

Horrible App And Company. DON’T BOOK WITH THEM! If Anything Happens You’ll Never Get Any Money Back! I Tried Cancelling Flights And Car Rental 6 Hours After Booking Can’t Get Help Via The App. Press The (need Help?) Button And It Just Refreshes The Page. Tried (Contract Us) It Says “Please Note This Contact Form Is For Press And Investor Relations Enquiries Only, No Other Kind Of Requests Will Be Handled.” I Tried To Download My Invoice And That Didn’t Work Either! Avoid, Not Recommended.

Terrible. Don’t Use This! Iam Writing My 1st Ever Review On Playstore Just Because Of These Cheats. I Booked A Flight, They Cancelled It Just After Few Hours. And Then Said Wait For 5 Week To Get A Refund. Its Been More Than 12 Weeks. And I Haven’t Received My Money Back. They Blocked All Of The Communication Platforms. You Can’t Email Them. Can’t Call And Can’t Visit The Office (becausw Of Work From Home) Its Been 3 Months And Iam Still Waiting For My Money!! Highly Unsatisfied.

The Worst Booking Site Experience Ever! Trying To Change Flight Dates And Suffering The Last 2 Weeks… I Paid Insurance But Still Have To Pay Extra Money To Change The Flight… The Customer Service Just Telling To Be Patient When You Are Flying In 3 Days And Still You Don’t Know If Your Dates Have Changed, If Your New Booking Has Been Confirmed, Etc… This Is The First And Last Time I’m Using #lastminute !!
